Robert Walters plc, announced today that Giles Daubeney will be stepping down from the Board and his role as Deputy CEO, after working for the company for over 30 years. He will officially step down on 17th May 2019 at the Company's Annual General Meeting.
 
Robert Walters commented "I have worked with Giles for over 30 years and would like to thank him for his contribution to the Board and to the growth of the Group. He will be greatly missed. The Group has comprehensive succession planning in place and I am delighted that Giles will be there to support this. I wish Giles every success in developing his portfolio career."
 
Giles commented "I joined a business that had one office and 34 staff and today we have over 4,000 employees and offices in 30 countries around the world. I have enjoyed the most incredible journey and worked with some brilliant people over three decades. The business is in fantastic shape and I have no doubt the Group will continue to go from strength to strength."
 
This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of LR 9.6.11.
