Holding(s) in Company - Correction

Further to the Company's Holding(s) in Company announcement dated 26 September
2022 with RNS Number 6091A (the "Announcement"), the Company has been notified
by Liontrust Investment Partners LLP ("Liontrust") that the Announcement
incorrectly stated the percentages of voting rights held by Liontrust in the
Company as at 22 September 2022. Liontrust has confirmed that the total number
of voting rights held in the Company by Liontrust, as stated in the
Announcement, was correct.

Liontrust has notified the Company that, based on the correct percentages, no
notification obligation arose for Liontrust pursuant to DTR 5. The correct
percentages per section 7 of the Announcement were as follows as at 22
September 2022:
