Ordinary Shares
Pursuant to the authority given to the Company by shareholders, the Company announces that it has purchased ordinary shares of 20p each as follows:
Date of purchase: 12 September 2016
Number of ordinary shares purchased: 17,500
The price paid was351.00penceper share.
The purchased shares will be cancelled today. 
Treasury Shares
Robert Walters plc announces that on 13 September 2016 a total of 4,848,900 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company, previously held in Treasury, will be cancelled. Following cancellation, a total of 4,074,000 ordinary shares will be held in Treasury. 
Following this transaction and the cancellation of ordinary shares referred to above, the total number of voting rights in Robert Walters plc will be 77,406,604, excluding 4,074,000 shares held in treasury.
