Pursuant to the authority given to the Company by shareholders, the Company announces that it has purchased ordinary shares of 20p each as follows:
Date of purchase: 17th February 2017
Number of ordinary shares purchased: 63,500
The average price paid was 387.67 pence per share. 
The highest price paid was 390.0 pence per share and lowest price paid was385.0penceper share.
The purchased shares will be cancelled today. 
Following this transaction, the total number of voting rights in Robert Walters plc will be 75,009,784 excluding4,074,000 shares held in treasury.
