The Company announces today it has purchased the following number of its
ordinary shares of 20 pence each through Investec Bank plc.

Ordinary Shares:

 Number of ordinary shares purchased      149,967
 Lowest price per share (pence):          507
 Highest price per share (pence):         507
 Weighted average price per day (pence):  507

 

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

 

Following the above transaction, the Company will have 80,795,393 ordinary
shares in issue, of which 4,074,000 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury, and
the total number of voting rights in the Company will therefore be 76,721,393.
