(the 'Company' or the 'Group')

The Company announces today it has purchased the following number of its
ordinary shares of 20 pence each through Investec Bank plc.

Ordinary Shares:

 Date of purchase:                        22nd September 2022
 Number of ordinary shares purchased      97,632
 Lowest price per share (pence):          480
 Highest price per share (pence):         480
 Weighted average price per day (pence):  480

 

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

 

Following the above transaction, the Company will have 79,823,572 ordinary
shares in issue, of which 4,074,000 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury, and
the total number of voting rights in the Company will therefore be 75,749,572.
