The Company announces today it has purchased the following number of its
ordinary shares of 20 pence each through Investec Bank plc.

Ordinary Shares:

 Date of purchase:                        16th May 2023
 Number of ordinary shares purchased      15,000
 Lowest price per share (pence):          420
 Highest price per share (pence):         420
 Weighted average price per day (pence):  420

 

The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.

 

Following the above transaction, the Company will have 78,822,095 ordinary
shares in issue, of which 4,074,000 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury, and
the total number of voting rights in the Company will therefore be 74,748,095.
