UK Stocks-Factors to watch on April 15 (updated)

Adds new items, updates futures

April 15 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is seen opening higher on Tuesday, with futures FFIc1 up 0.41%.

* DE LA RUE: Atlas Holdings will buy British banknote printer De La Rue DLAR.L for 263 million pounds ($347.1 million), the companies said.

* ROBERT WALTERS: British recruiter Robert Walters RWA.L reported a 16% fall in first-quarter net fee income, as challenging macro-economic conditions disrupt the global hiring market.

* FRASERS: British sportswear and fashion group Frasers FRAS.L said it has signed an agreement with Australian footwear retailer Accent Group AX1.AX to launch and operate Sports Direct across Australia and New Zealand.

* HALFORDS: Bicycle and car products retailer Halfords HFD.L expects 2025 profit to be at the upper end of its previous forecast, and named Henry Birch as its new CEO.
* B&M: Discount retailer B&M BMEB.L forecast annual profit above the midpoint of its outlook range, buoyed by strong sales from new stores and its French operations, and cost-cuts.

* LABOUR MARKET: Britain's labour market showed signs of weakening in the run-up to this month's increase in a tax on employers, according to data.

* WAGES: British average weekly earnings, excluding bonuses, rose by 5.9% in the three months to February compared to a year earlier, authorities said.

* ROLLS ROYCE: The Pentagon said Rolls-Royce Solutions America RR.L will be the principal contractor for the potential sale of Eitan PowerPack engines and related equipment to Israel

* OIL: Oil prices inched higher, supported by new tariff exemptions and a rebound in China crude oil imports.

* METALS: London copper firmed, holding near the more-than-one-week high.

* GOLD: Gold firmed amid continued uncertainty over U.S. President Donald Trump's tariff plans.
