Dec 31 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1100 GMT on Wednesday:

** Australia's Predictive Discovery PDI.AX said shareholders of Canada's Robex Resources RBX.V approved a A$2.17 billion ($1.45 billion) merger, paving the way to create a mid-tier gold producer in West Africa. nL4N3Y105P
