** Robinhood's shares HOOD.O rise 3.1% to $119.70 premarket
** The retail trading platform says would offer weekend round-the-clock trading in select US stocks and ETFs
** Up to 25% trading on busy days occur outside regular hours since 2023 launch of 24-hour weekday trading - HOOD
** Adds that the new feature, in partnership with overnight-trading infrastructure firm Bruce ATS, is pending regulatory review
** 25 of 30 brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher, four "hold" and one "sell"; median PT: $135.50
** Stock up 2.8% YTD, as of last close
