Nurix Therapeutics jumps on $2 billion cancer drug agreement with Roche

** Shares of drug developer Nurix Therapeutics NRIX.O up 53.8% at $22.53 premarket
** Co says it entered into a licensing and collaboration agreement with Swiss pharmaceutical giant Roche ROPC.S worth up to $2.3 bln
** The deal focuses on blood cancer drug bexobrutideg; development costs for the drug will be covered 60% by Roche and 40% by Nurix
** Nurix will receive $700 million upfront, with possible payouts for development, regulatory and sales milestones
** The deal is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026
** As of last close, NRIX stock down 22.8% YTD
