** Shares of Hoth Therapeutics HOTH.O fall 12.8% to 53 cents premarket

** Co to rebrand as Rocket One Inc and restructure its business to pursue opportunities in AI infrastructure, next-generation semiconductor technologies and ultra-low-power AI computing

** Co says with newly obtained licenses, it would focus on "development and commercialization of spintronic computing technologies for artificial intelligence hardware acceleration and radiation-tolerant computing applications"

** Says it is exploring placing its biotechnology assets in a separate wholly owned subsidiary

** The refocusing of the business was unanimously approved by its board, co says

** Up to last close, stock down 38.1% YTD
