** Shares of gene therapy developer Rocket Pharmaceuticals
 RCKT.O  fall ~14.8% to $18.26 premarket
    ** Co says the U.S. FDA has declined to approve its gene
therapy kresladi to treat a rare and severe pediatric disorder
that causes the immune system to malfunction
    ** Says the FDA requested limited additional information
related to certain processes for the gene therapy to complete
its review
    ** Kresladi is being reviewed for the treatment of patients
with severe Leukocyte Adhesion Deficiency-I (LAD-I), a condition
that could lead to recurrent infections
    ** Up to last close, stock down 28.5% YTD
