Australia's Delta Drone down after major shareholder offloads stake

** Shares of Delta Drone International  DLT.AX  fall as much
as 9.1% to A$0.01, hits lowest level since June 30
    ** Stock on track for worst day since Oct 26, if losses hold
    ** Drone-based data service and technology solutions
provider says major shareholder Delta Drone Société Anonyme has
disposed 85.8 mln shares of DLT at a price of A$0.005/share
    ** More than 790,000 shares change hands, compared with the
30-day average volume of about 101,000 shares
    ** Stock has fallen 52.2% this year, as of last close
