The 2023 annual general meeting ("Meeting") of Rockpool Acquisitions Plc will
be held at The Merchant Room, Eagle Star House, 5-7 Upper Queen Street,
Belfast, BT1 6FB on Friday 17 November 2023 at 10:00am.

 

The following documents have been made available to shareholders today:

 

a)    Notice of Meeting;

b)    Shareholder Proxy Form; and

c)    A copy of the Company's annual report and accounts for the period
ended 31 March 2023 ("2023 Annual Report & Accounts"), which were
published on 31(st) July 2023.
