March 14 (Reuters) - Roctool SA  ALROC.PA : 
    * Completes 5.5 million euro ($5.85 million) capital increase 
    * Capital increase concerns total of 850,000 new ordinary shares with a par value of 0.20 
euro each 
    * Says 2017 begins well with already completed and planned technology facilities. This 
confirms positive trend of activity observed in 2016 with targets for revenue growth and 
retention of gross margin
