Norish plc ("Norish") announces that Gerard Murphy has been appointed as Company Secretary of Norish plc with immediate effect.
 
Gerard Murphy is a Chartered Accountant and has been with Norish since the acquisition of Town View Foods Limited in October 2012.
 
Aidan Hughes will continue in his role as Finance Director.
