Posting of Circular with Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

Roebuck Food Group plc (AIM: RFG) a group focused on growth and innovation
within the food and agribusiness sectors ("the Company" or "Roebuck")
announces that, further to its announcement on 13 December 2024 of the
conditional agreement to to acquire shareholdings in Glasport Bio Ltd and
Glasport Rumen Tech Ltd ("the Acquisition") and the announcement on 20
December 2024 of the results of a placing and subscription of its ordinary
shares, the Company has published a circular and notice of extraordinary
general meeting ("the EGM Circular") to seek shareholder approval of the
Acquisition and the placing and subscription.

Roebuck's registered shareholders will shortly receive a hard copy of the EGM
Circular and accompanying form of proxy, incorporating a formal notice
convening an EGM to be held at Mason Hayes & Curran LLP, South Bank House,
Barrow Street, Dublin 4, D04 TR29, Ireland at 09:00 a.m. on Thursday 24
January 2025.

A copy of the EGM Circular will also be made available on the Company's
website at: https://www.roebuckfoodgroup.com/investors/agm-egm-docs.

In the announcement of 20 December 2024, the Company incorrectly stated total
Directors and management of the Company's participation in the Fundraising as
investment of €210,176 and Sean Savage's Ordinary Shares as 257,419,656. The
correct figures are €210,699 and 257,419 ordinary shares respectively. All
other details in that announcement remain unchanged.
