Roebuck Food Group plc (AIM: RFG) a group focused on growth and innovation
within the food and agribusiness sectors announces that the resolution to
approve the disposal of wholly-owned subsidiary Townview Foods Limited,
proposed at today's extraordinary general meeting of the Company, was duly
passed. Completion of the disposal will take place within 5 business days.

The directors of the Company accept responsibility for this announcement.
