Moderna slides after judge sides with Arbutus in patent fight

** Shares of Moderna  MRNA.O  slide 3.5% to $100    
    ** A U.S. judge issues an order that strengthens Arbutus'
 ABUS.O  arguments in a patent infringement lawsuit related to
MRNA's blockbuster COVID-19 vaccines
    ** The patents were licensed to Genevant Sciences, a joint
venture between ABUS and Roivant Sciences  ROIV.O  
    ** Shares of ABUS up 12.1% and ROIV up 4%
    ** MRNA and ROIV up marginally YTD, ABUS up 15.4% in the
same period
