** ROKU forecasts Q2 revenue of $1.07 billion, below estimates of 1.09 billion, according to data compiled by LSEG

** For the full year, ROKU sees revenue of $4.55 billion, vs estimates of $4.57 billion

** Roku has agreed to acquire subscription streaming service Frndly TV for $185 million in cash

** Reports Q1 revenue of $1.02 billion vs estimates of $1.01 billion

** Stock has fallen 9.5% YTD
