** Shares of streaming platform Roku ROKU.O rise 22.5% to $146.68  
** Co is in talks to sell itself, Bloomberg News reports, citing people familiar with the matter 
** Roku has been in discussions with at least one US media company about a potential combination, the report says 
** No final decision has been made and there is no certainty talks will lead to a transaction, the report says
**  Roku did not immediately respond to Reuters request for comment
** Including session's move, ROKU up 33.4% YTD
