Notification of Change of Auditor
Rolls-Royce Holdings plc announces that, following the conclusion of a formal tender process led by the Company's Audit Committee, the Board has approved the proposed appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the Company's auditor for the financial year commencing 1 January 2018. This appointment remains subject to approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting to be held in 2018. 
KPMG LLP has been Rolls-Royce's auditor since 1990. The Board of Rolls-Royce Holdings plc extends its appreciation to KPMG LLP for its contribution over many years.
