The following amendments have been made to the 'RR. Block Listing Interim
Review' announcement released on 13-Aug-2018 at 14:35 under RNS No 6473X.
 
For the Rolls-Royce Performance Share Plan:
·      The "Less: Number of securities issued/allotted under scheme(s)
during period (see LR3.5.7G)" was incorrectly stated as 132,895.
No securities were issued or allotted under the scheme during this period.
·      The "Equals:  Balance under scheme(s) not yet issued/allotted at
end of period" was incorrectly stated as 5,967,105.
Correct number is 6,100,000
 
All other details remain unchanged.
