In compliance with Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement, Board of Directors of Rolta India Limited in its meeting held today i.e. August 9, 2014 has approved the Unaudited Consolidated and Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2014 after review and recommendation of the same by the Audit Committee at their meeting held today i.e. August 9, 2014 prior to the Board Meeting.
