ZURICH/BERLIN, Dec 8 (Reuters) - Here are some of the main
factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Tuesday:

      
    COMPANY STATEMENTS
    * Aryzta  ARYN.S : Elliott Advisors said the two conditions
to its offer to acquire Aryzta were that the baking firm's board
recommends or takes a neutral position on the offer and that
Aryzta enters into a transaction agreement with Elliott. Elliott
said it was looking forward to receiving a response from
Aryzta's board.  ARYN.S 
    * Blackstone Resources AG  BLS.S  said the Swiss Innovation
Agency Innosuisse approved its grant application and will fund
50% of a 1.3 million solid-state battery project.  BSL.S  
    * MCH Group  MCHN.S  said it carrying out the second tranche
of the capital increases its shareholders approved in November.

    * Romande Energie  HREN.S  said it was joining forces with
Calyce to develop a wind-farm portfolio in France.  HREN.S 
    * Schaffner Holding  SAHN.S  reported net sales of 171.7
million Sfr in the financial year 2019/20.  SAHN.S 
    * HIAG Immobilien  HIAG.S  said it had significantly reduced
the total cost of dismantling Rohner site in Pratteln.  HIAG.S 
    
    ECONOMY
    Swiss November unemployment rate due at 0845 GMT. Seen 3.3%
unadjusted, 3.4% adjusted.
