** E-commerce firm set for best day since April 2020, if gains hold

** Co enters partnership supply agreement with Eternal Asia Supply Chain Management 002183.SZ, one of China's largest supply chain service providers

** Under deal, Roolife will source and supply health, wellness, and F&B products for Eternal Asia's distribution in China

** Says annual gross order value of contract is up to CNY 500 million ($69.55 million)

** About 136.1 mln shares change hands in stock's busiest day ever, ~55x 30-day avg

** Stock up ~120% YTD, including session's moves
