TORONTO, Oct 25 (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index ended
lower on Wednesday as disappointing quarterly results and Roots
Corp's ROOT.TO dismal trading debut helped set the tone for
the broader market.
The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index
.GSPTSE closed down 50.37 points, or 0.32 percent, at
15,854.77. Seven of the index's 10 primary sectors lost ground.
