Change of Auditor

 

Roquefort Therapeutics (LSE:ROQ, OTCQB:ROQAF), the Main Market listed biotech
company focused on developing first in class medicines in the high value and
high growth oncology market, announces that RPG Crouch Chapman LLP has been
appointed as its new independent auditor with immediate effect.

 

The Board has approved the appointment of RPG Crouch Chapman LLP as the
Company's auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2023. The
re-appointment of RPG Crouch Chapman LLP for the financial year ending 31
December 2024 will be subject to approval by shareholders at the next Annual
General Meeting of the Company to be held in 2024.

 

In accordance with Section 519 of the Companies Act 2006, the Company's
previous auditor, BDO LLP, has confirmed that there are no circumstances
connected with their resignation which they considered should be brought to
the attention of the Company's members or creditors in accordance with Section
519 of the Companies Act 2006.
