AGM 2025 Results

 

Rosebank held its first Annual General Meeting at 11:00am today. All
resolutions set out in the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 28
March 2025 were proposed and approved on a poll. The table below shows the
results of the poll for each resolution.
