Appointment of Chief Operating Officer

Further to Company's announcement on 20 January 2026 regarding the proposed
appointment of Liam Butterworth as Chief Operating Officer and executive
Director of the Board, Rosebank is pleased to confirm that Liam has been
appointed with effect from today.

Additional information

The following additional information is provided with respect to the
appointment of Liam David Butterworth, aged 55 years old, in accordance with
Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies:

As stated in the Company's Transaction Announcement on 3 March 2026  Liam has
agreed to subscribe for 606,061 New Ordinary Shares at the Issue Price as part
of the Connected Persons Subscription.
