Rosebank has today published its Annual Report and Financial Statements (the "2024 Annual Report") and Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting (the "Notice"). Electronic copies of the 2024 Annual Report and the Notice will shortly be available on the Company's website and printed copies have been posted to registered shareholders who have elected to receive paper communications.
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday 8 May 2025 at 11.00 a.m. at the offices of Investec Bank plc, 30 Gresham Street, London, EC2V 7QP.
