Notification of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMRs')
The Company provides notification of the following transactions undertaken outside of a market venue relating to the below named PDMRs and their respective interests in the ordinary shares of a nominal value of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company ('Shares') (ISIN: GB00BVFNZH21).
The transactions arise in respect of the 2026 annual award of free Shares made on 16 April 2026 under the Company's HMRC approved Share Incentive Plan ('SIP') and the Global Employee Share Plan ('GESP') to qualifying employees, including the below name PDMRs. The level of award granted to participants was calculated in accordance with the SIP and GESP rules and the number of Shares have been calculated by reference to a price of £3.31796, being the middle-market quotation price average of the Company's Share price as determined from the London Stock Exchange over the five trading days immediately preceeding the award date.
