Notification of transaction
by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR')
The Company provides notification of the following transaction relating to the interests of Ben Peacock (the Company's Chief Financial Officer and a PDMR) in the ordinary shares of nominal value of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company (the 'Shares').
The transaction arises pursuant to the vesting, on 22 April 2026, of the third tranche of conditional share awards over 29,932 ordinary shares in the Company (the 'Awards') that were granted to Ben Peacock on 11 April 2024. Upon vesting, the Awards were satisfied by way of a transfer of Shares by the Trustee of the Company's Employee Benefit Trust to Mr Peacock.
The following disclosure is given in fulfilment of the Company's obligations under DTR 3.1 and the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
