2023 Annual Report and Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting

The Company confirms that, following the announcement of its 2023 preliminary
results on 5 March 2024, the following documents are being posted, or have
been made available, to shareholders today:

·    2023 Annual Report and Accounts;

·    Notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting ('AGM Notice'); and

·    Form of Proxy for the 2024 Annual General Meeting.

 

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, these documents have been submitted to,
and will shortly be available for inspection at, the National Storage
