Rotork plc ("Rotork"), today announces the appointment of Jefferies
International Limited as its Joint Corporate Broker and Joint Financial
Adviser, to work alongside J.P. Morgan Securities plc (Joint Corporate Broker
and Joint Financial Adviser) and N.M. Rothschild & Sons Limited (Joint
Financial Adviser), with immediate effect.
