Rotork plc ('Rotork' or 'Company'), the global provider of mission-critical
intelligent flow control solutions, has been informed that with effect from 23
June 2023, Jonathan Davis, Rotork's Group Finance Director, has been appointed
as a non-executive director of Volution Group Plc. Jonathan Davis will also
become Chairman of Volution Group's Audit Committee and will join their
Remuneration and Nomination Committees.

 

These disclosures are made in compliance with LR 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules.
