Director Declaration

Rotork plc, the global flow control and instrumentation group, has been
informed that Janice Stipp, a Non-executive Director of the Company and Audit
Committee Chair, will be appointed as a Non-executive Director and Audit
Committee Chair-designate of Diploma PLC.  The appointment will take effect
from the conclusion of Diploma PLC's Annual General Meeting to be held on 17
January 2024.

These disclosures are made in compliance with LR 9.6.14 of the Listing Rules.
