The Company announces that it received notification on 11 April 2025 that
Beatriz Rodriguez Gomez, Chief Human Resources Officer and PDMR, purchased
5,157 ordinary shares of nominal value 0.5 pence each in the capital of the
Company ('Shares') at an average price of £2.9083 per Share.
