Rotork plc ('Rotork' or 'Company'), the global provider of mission-critical
intelligent flow control solutions, has been informed by Ann Christin Andersen
that, due to her other commitments, she will not seek re-election as a
director of Rotork at the Company's AGM in April 2024 and will therefore step
down from Rotork's board on 30 April 2024.

 

These disclosures are made in compliance with LR 9.6.11(2) of the Listing
Rules.
