10.9% to 1,698 rupees, hits highest since Jan. 15
    ** Communication platform provider says it enabled
WhatsApp-based ticketing for Nagpur, Pune, Hyderabad, Delhi
metro 
    ** Adds, partnered with Billeasy to extend WhatsApp-based
metro rail ticket booking
    ** Stock on track to gain for 2nd straight day
    ** More than 811,000 shares traded as of 12:09 p.m. IST,
12.6x their 30-day moving avg
    ** Mean rating of all brokerages rating the stock is "buy";
their median PT is 1,780 rupees - LSEG data
    ** ROUT gained ~5.4% YTD
