** Online pet care marketplace's shares  RIC  sink 17.5% to
$3.92 in extended trading  
    ** Co, which connects pet owners with people who offer
services such as boarding and dog walking, forecasts FY revenue
of $160 mln to $180 mln, below analysts' estimates of $199.6
mln, as per Refinitv data
    ** Stock is set to open at a record low, if losses hold on
Tuesday
    ** ROVR forecasts Q1 revenue below estimates, but beats Q4
