Royal Bank of Canada today issued EUR1,500,000,000 Floating Rate Senior Notes
due March 2027, Series 74328 (the "Notes") pursuant to its Programme for the
Issuance of Securities (the "Programme").

 

The following document constitutes the final terms dated March 20, 2025 (the
"Final Terms") relating to the admission to trading of the Notes for purpose
of Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 and as it forms part of domestic law
by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (EUWA)  and must be
read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated July 16, 2024, as supplemented
by the 1(st) Supplementary Notes Base Prospectus dated August 29, 2024, the
2(nd) Supplementary Notes Base Prospectus dated December 11, 2024 and the
3(rd) Supplementary Notes Base Prospectus dated February 28, 2025 relating to
the Programme (together, the "Prospectus").  Full information on Royal Bank
of Canada and the offer of the Notes is only available on the basis of the
combination of the Final Terms and the Prospectus.
