2(nd) Supplementary Prospectus dated January 5, 2022 relating to the Programme
for the €60,000,000,000 Global Covered Bond Programme of Royal Bank of
Canada, unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed as to payments by RBC
Covered Bond Guarantor Limited Partnership.

 

The 2(nd) Supplementary Prospectus, together with the documents incorporated
