Royal Bank of Canada has today sent a notice to Noteholders relating to the
issue of the GBP750,000,000 Floating Rate Senior Notes due September 2023,
Series 66646 (ISIN: XS2536797512) issued on September 23, 2022 (the "Notes")
pursuant to its Programme for the Issuance of Securities (the "Programme").

 

Noteholders have been informed that pursuant to Condition 14 (fourth
paragraph, item (ii) of the first sentence), the Final Terms dated September
21, 2022 relating to the Notes have been amended and restated on September 22,
2023 to cure a manifest error (the "Amended and Restated Final Terms"). Item
15(ii) (Specified Interest Payment Date(s)) has been amended to read
"September 22" instead of "September 23".

 

All other Conditions remain unchanged.

 

The Issuer has today published the Amended and Restated Final Terms and
submitted them to the London Stock Exchange. They are available to view at
