Royal Bank of Canada today issued GBP750,000,000 Floating Rate Senior Notes
due January 2025, Series 70717 (the "Notes") pursuant to its Programme for the
Issuance of Securities (the "Programme").

 

The following document constitutes the final terms dated January 23, 2024 (the
"Final Terms") relating to the admission to trading of the Notes for purpose
of Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 and as it forms part of domestic law
by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (EUWA) and must be read
in conjunction with the Prospectus dated July 14, 2023, as supplemented by the
1(st) Supplementary Notes Base Prospectus dated August 25, 2023, the 2(nd)
Supplementary Notes Base Prospectus dated December 18, 2023 and the 3(rd)
Supplementary Notes Base Prospectus dated January 3, 2024 relating to the
Programme (the "Prospectus").  Full information on Royal Bank of Canada and
the offer of the Notes is only available on the basis of the combination of
the Final Terms and the Prospectus.
