Royal Bank of Canada today issued EUR590,000,000 Floating Rate Senior Notes
due March 2027 (consisting of: (i) EUR450,000,000 Floating Rate Senior Notes
due March 2027 with a trade date of March 12, 2026 and (ii) EUR140,000,000
Floating Rate Senior Notes due March 2027 with a trade date of March 13,
2026), Series 78077 (the "Notes") pursuant to its Programme for the Issuance
of Securities (the "Programme").

 

The following document constitutes the pricing supplement dated March 18, 2026
(the "Pricing Supplement") relating to the admission to trading of the Notes
on the International Securities Market pursuant to section 3.5 of the London
Stock Exchange's  ISM Rulebook and must be read in conjunction with the
Prospectus dated July 9, 2025, as supplemented by the 1(st) Supplementary
Notes Base Prospectus dated August 28, 2025, the 2(nd) Supplementary Notes
Base Prospectus dated December 10, 2025 and the 3(rd) Supplementary Notes Base
Prospectus dated February 27, 2026 relating to the Programme (together, the
"Prospectus").  Full information on Royal Bank of Canada and the offer of the
Notes is only available on the basis of the combination of the Pricing
Supplement and the Prospectus.
