Royal Bank of Canada issued EUR495,000,000 Floating Rate Senior Notes due
April 2027 (consisting of: (i) EUR395,000,000 Floating Rate Senior Notes due
April 2027 with a trade date of April 1, 2026 and (ii) EUR100,000,000 Floating
Rate Senior Notes due April 2027 with a trade date of April 2, 2026), Series
78217, on April 9, 2026 (the "Notes") pursuant to its Programme for the
Issuance of Securities (the "Programme").

 

The following document constitutes the final terms dated April 7, 2026 (the
"Final Terms") relating to the admission to trading of the Notes for purpose
of Article 8 of Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 and as it forms part of domestic law
of the United Kingdom by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018
and must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated July 9, 2025, as
supplemented by the 1(st) Supplementary Notes Base Prospectus dated August 28,
2025, the 2(nd) Supplementary Notes Base Prospectus dated December 10, 2025
and the 3(rd) Supplementary Notes Base Prospectus dated February 27, 2026,
relating to the Programme (together, the "Prospectus").  Full information on
Royal Bank of Canada and the offer of the Notes is only available on the basis
of the combination of the Final Terms and the Prospectus.
