 * Signed an agreement with RPG Life Sciences Ltd to divest seven prescription 
   brands in India 
 * Deal for a consideration of 410 million rupees 
 * 7 divested brands include brands used for treatment of respiratory-track 
   infections, urological disorders, cardiovascular diseases and brands in 
   health supplements segment
