** Stock on track for 2nd weekly gain, up 2.7% this week
** Construction co gets letter of acceptance for work order to widen Hogenakkal- Pennagaram Dharmapuri- Thirupathur road (SH-60) for 259.9 mln rupees ($2.9 mln)
** More than 171,000 shares traded as of 9:51 A.M. IST, 2.1x their 30-day moving avg
** RPPI last up 2.8%, cutting YTD losses to 44.7%
